You have either pretended to be the bride in a fairytale wedding, or have planned aspects of it from a very early age. So a phone call booking just won't do. We need to talk about it. I need to understand just what your vision is. Otherwise neither one of us will be happy.
The time I spend with you is very personal. It is for this reason, that I exclusively only accept a limited number of weddings per year. You can be assured that your event will be the only thing that matters to me. You can know that I will focus on each and every image that I capture for you, and not be in a rush to get to someone else. Your event should be, and will be, my only priority. For this reason, please do not hesitate to book an interview as early as possible.
This interview is a chance for both of us to make sure that I am the right photographer for your wedding. It is important for you to be selective about the person you choose to record your event, for you only get one chance to get it right. I as well, need to be selective about who I work for, because chemistry between you and I is a critical aspect to just how happy I can make you.
If you have a wedding planner, I will need to make contact with them as soon as possible to learn of all the aspects of your event.
Also, I would like to be included at the wedding rehearsal. This gives me the opportunity to see the flow and order of your ceremony the next day. I need only to be there to see how your ceremony will flow. I will not participate in any way. This is your choice, however, and not a requirement. If you would like me to actually record the Rehearsal Dinner, I can do so. Just contact me for details.
AFTER THE WEDDING:
After the wedding, please allow 30 plus days post processing time before your gallery is posted online for review. Once posted online, you may share them with all your friends and family, as well as purchase your prints online. Understand that I will spend many hours going through the untold hundreds of images taken. I touch each and every one, so the 30 plus day time frame is needed to provide you the best results possible. Depending on workload, it may take as long as 60 days, though this is rare.
Your gallery will remain online for 30 days before it is removed. Should you require additional time, more may be purchased.

They are usually quite customizable using your own internet connected computer. Many include the ability to see your book before it is ever printed. They are warranted for quality by the manufacturer and I have personally used most of them.

The following vendors deal in the larger, custom built, and quality packed traditional style Albums. These are true heirlooms to be passed down. These are not to be considered coffee table books. The last thing you would want, is for a cup of coffee to be spilled on them, as they are not easily replaced. With a coffee table book option from any of the above vendors, should something happen to your book, it is easily replaced without a lot of expense. Some of the sites will store your design so that you can recreate them easily. Not so with the below. To illustrate this point, some even offer custom storage boxes or velvet monogrammed storage bags.

The pages are thick, and when the book is opened, they have a flush mounting all the way across. The pages do not bend like conventional books. The cover options range from the traditional leather, to unique surfaces like see though acrylic, and brushed metal. The metal covers can even accommodate a photo. It must be seen to be appreciated. They even offer custom design services. You give them your photos, and they use custom design software to create something truly unique and beautiful. Or you can use their own software to design it yourself. You even choose the exact size of the album, and they will make it to your exact specifications.

If you are wanting your event recorded outside the Oklahoma City Area, I am available for out of town work. If your location is within driving distance (up to 3 hours away), a mileage charge will be calculated at $0.75 a mile. Both there and back. Mileage is figured from my home to your location.
Further than that may require other expenses like airfare, hotel fees, meals, etc. Simply contact me with your specifications, and I can provide you with a quote. Should airfare or hotel fees be required, you are responsible for both purchase and reservation based on my requests. I do not require expensive accommodations, but neither will I stay at locations that cause me to question my safety. If you are still considering my service at this point, I am sure you would never ask me to stay at those types of establishments. A to-be-determined deposit will be required.
